As of this morning an ‘Apply Now’ link is available on the River Detectives website to let us know your intentions for 2025. You can also access it directly from here.
We require ALL current River Detective schools to complete the registration/evaluation/ process regardless of your future plans. This will help us evaluate the program for annual reporting, plan for 2025 and organise the pick-up/refresh of water quality kits.
The River Detectives program has helped over one hundred schools immerse themselves in citizen-science during 2024 and achieve wonderful school and community projects. We would love to have you join us again in 2025.
If you are changing roles or schools, we’d appreciate you encouraging colleagues to take the program on so it can continue in your school.
Registrations will be taken up until February 17th 2025. It is not a ‘first in-best dressed’ situation. Capacity for 2025 may vary across the regions so all applications will be assessed carefully to ensure we can support as many schools as possible.
