We are really pleased to be offering our first Ask The Expert webinar for 2022 all about native fish with fish ecologist Peter Rose.
To meet your needs this session will not be live online but recorded. The link will be sent to you as a flexible option to view on demand when the time is right for your River Detectives learning.
In this half hour webinar Pete will tell us some fascinating fishy facts and explain what’s being done to help them.
Recording will be taking place next Monday 30th May and we’d love to know what our River Detectives staff and students are wondering about fish . . . .
Our native fish need help to survive, migrate, breed and flourish and the puzzle pictured shows the seven key things that can make a difference. Maybe you have a question related to the puzzle ? Maybe you have a question about a particular species ? Maybe you’d like to know how to help ?
Need some inspiration ? Watch one or all of the three short videos below to key students into the topic then get your thinking caps on and email your most burning questions (with your first name and school) to riverdetectives@nccma.vic.gov.au on or before Monday 30th May and we’ll do our best to answer them for you during the webinar. Or you could leave a comment to this post . . .
